My mother recently diagonised with Breast Cancer Stage 3 C , has spread to multiple axiallary lymph nodes at level 1 , 2 & 3 also the cancer type is triple negative . But no evidence of chest wall penetration elsewhere in body TNM staging is T4n2M0 . I know that due to lack of hormone receptors we cant able to provide any trageted theraphy . Treatment planned as 3 chemo + surgery & 3 or 5 chemo followed by radiation . Please advise the chance of complete cure and survival percentage for the same .
