Hi, I am sorry to hear of you illness. I have recently undergone surgery as part of the doctors "curative intent" of my lung cancer. I am to have Chemotherapy soon. My reason for replying is the fact that you mention you will need surgery. This is a positive thing. If they can perform surgery that has got to go a long way to making you better. You hear a lot about those with inoperable tumors for one reason or another, so as yours is operable that has to be a step forward, although it may not seem like it.
