Thank you for your post. I am one of the nurses and Steph our moderator wondered if we might like to reply.

I was sorry to read that your doctors suspect that you may have bowel cancer that has spread to your liver. Waiting to find out what the matter is can be very stressful, so I can appreciate that this must be a worrying time. But many people tell us once they know what is wrong and a treatment plan is in place they start to feel a little better. There is no easy way to cope with having tests and then waiting to be seen after the MDT meeting, but if you are able to, try to do some exercise as this can help to manage stress and/or some relaxation techniques or whatever works for you to help you to cope in the meantime.
