Hi my name's carols my mum has just two-week s ago been diagnosed with lung cancer and its in her lymph nodes aswell,she is living with me as we just lost my dad on the 21st Feb we are still struggling with this and now mum has cancer.dad had lung cancer back in 2009 had it cut out and survived.Dr says mums age is against her for an op and chemo would be too tough,apparently they care looking at mums scan tomorrow and then telling us the outcome.I spose how bad.my. has to go for a brain scan.
She is muddled and confused a lot of the time asking or saying the same thing over and over.she loses her balance and can no longer walk unaided.sometimes she says she has pain I. Her chest,says it's indigestion,some time s gets pain in her head an tonight says she had a bad stomache pain, the Dr told her she had lung cancer but she seems to have forgotten for now.
