hi paddie, i was diagbosed with nsclc in october 2015.i have had chemotherapy for a few months and the tumour has shrunk so i can have an op.iam having a lobectomy on march the 17th.i will let you know how things go.take care kate x

I was diagnosed only last week, and am going straight to surgery, so it would appear  that I have a small tumour.  Thanks Cate, take cate

Hi Sue, I still don't know what type of cancer I have! When I was told last week that I jad operable lung cancer, and would have surgery within the next couple of weeks I was overwhelmed by the fact that I didn't have to have chemo or anything else. 

I am waiting to hear from the hospital whay the true diagnosis is. 

I have never heard of brachytheraphy, how does it work?
