Test results tell me I have TCC, transitional cell carcinoma in my left ureter. It's not a common cancer. My op is on 15th March. Unfortunately I need to lose a perfectly functioning kidney along with my ureter and a small bit of bladder. I had breast cancer in 2008 but I'm assured that this is not related. I'm a bit shell shocked to say the least but prognosis is a good. The worst part was telling my daughters again, it's just so cruel. They are 23 and 20. My youngest has Asperger and Dyspraxia, she still needs her mama. Only 5 in 100 people get this diagnosis but any advice would be greatly appreciated. Tx
