Hi Teresa I too have recently been diagnosed with thyroid cancer I like you have had full thyroid removed and I am awaiting radio iodine treatment.  I have been told by my oncologist that I will be in hospital for 2 nights in isolation on release I won't physically be able to go back to work till a couple of weeks after treatment. Hope this helps.

Thank you that does help.  Can I ask how long you were off work and what you do as a job?
