Hi I have recently been diagnosed with a neuroendocrine pancreatic tumour with spread to my liver I'm still waiting to find out what treatment I'm getting such a hard time was diagnosed on the 27th October 2015
Hello Mark, what's going on with you now? I was recently diagnosed with neuroendocrine tumor which also has spread to my liver. I'm still waiting to see if I can get any treatment, despite being diagnosed mid october 2015. I thought I was the only one....I hope you are well, all things considered
Hi I am currently in hospital having got jaundice, they have fitted a drain in my bile duct and have said they will put a stent in this Monday once they have done this they will give me a date to have a Whipple procedure then once I recover from that the the tumours 2 from my liver they have told me to expect to return to bring well again is around 6 months but also said until they attempt the Whipple they are not sure if the outlook . All abit scary at the moment but seems now that at least they have started to do something, it appears as they keep saying it's such a slow growing tumour it's not that urgent
