Diagnosed with CUP

I found a lump under my right arm on 25 Sep.  I got diagnosed with Cancer with Unknown Primary CUP last month and still feel lost and confused.  I am now waiting to see the oncologist and they are scheduling for chemo.  Not sure what to expect and how to cope...

    Hi there thats exactly how i feel! like u have been diagnosed with cancer and am not coping too well! Have had an op ten days ago to remove lump from my breast and poss sinister lymph nodes but know i need more treatment! It really helps to know i am not the only one out there having the odd panicy moment! Wine is helping but its not the answer obviously!let me know how u r doing and take big breaths and carry on! Take care  xx

    My wife was diagnosed as having CUP Tuesday. We only found out it was cancer last week. Everything seems to be going so fast. Trying to stay positive. My 20 yo son is taking his Mum's illness badly.

    Hi, my thoughts and prayers are with you, your wife and your son. If it gives any comfort, I finished all my treatments last year and was clear at that point. I am due to have my first annual checkup next week. It was not easy but take a step at a time and hang in there, there is light at the other end of the tunnel. Xx
