I have two lumps, one 37mm which has showed features of cancer the other 14mm in core biopsy is showing benign fibrosis. I have been advised that they need to check if the Chest Wall has been affected and I will have to go for an MRI scan. I have my appointment through for this now which is Wednesday 14th October and then I will be back for my results on Monday 19th to discuss my absolute plan but have already been told that due to the size in all possibilites a mastecomy with sentinel node biopsy will be required.
I am so scared, I'm 41 very active and feel like our world has been truned upside down! I agree with a lot of people on here waiting around is so awful.
Is there anyone out there in the similar situation?
