Hi, I was told 2 weeks ago, I also have stage 2, but xrays and scans show it hasn't spread , I am having mastectomy in 2 weeks and I too am terrified, but I think that is to be expected the fear of the unknown is  awful. I think after the surgery, they will be able to give more info, although Have a rough idea what my treatment will be. I have suffered upper back pain too but have done for quite a few years so probably not connected, fact started after I had my second girl 13 years ago! Its true what you say, people who haven't experienced it, try to, but probably cant understand he thoughts going through our head. You're not alone though, theres always plenty who do understand. x
