I recently had surgery for stage three bowel cancer but was not well enough for chemotherapy. I am now wondering how this has affected my life chances. Has anyone else been in a similar position?
Hi Ninety, I had bowel stage 3 cancer and am just about to finish my my round of chemo. I don't have the answer for you and hoping by responding to you it will bump your message up for someone more knowledgable who can help. Hi, Ninety, as JB45 has said, have they mentioned treatment plans for when you feel better? I have chosen not to have chemo so have been given hormone therapy and am doing well at present.
I think you need to speak to your consultant and ask what they are planning to offer you in the future. Wishing you all the very best.
