  • Hello Skyeblue,

Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear that your Dad has been given a cancer diagnosis.

It can be really overwhelming when a cancer diagnosis is given to someone; for both that person and for all those around them. We have a team of nurses here at Cancer Research UK and I wonder if you might find it helpful to call and speak to one of them about your questions over Dad's diagnosis and treatment.

They are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on 0808 800 4040 which is free to call fro a UK landline and most mobile networks.

I know that lots of our members here would agree that although it's difficult, try and take each day as it comes and not to look too far ahead.

    Best wishes,
