  • Hi there Trout, welcome to the forum, but sorry you find yourself needing to be here. I wanted to respond to your post because I see no one with your particular kind of cancer has responded as yet. I don't have womb or uterine cancer so I can't very well comment on it because I really don't know anyone with it. I have lung and bladder cancer myself and a history of colon cancer too. I think you are probably going through a hard time right now because you have no idea how bad this is, or where you will go from here. This is a hard time for everyone at this stage, regardless what kind of cancer we have. This waiting for further scans, X-rays, scopes, etc. to find out what the next step will be is really difficult and pretty scary too. I hope you get some answers soon. Do you have family and friends to help you through this? In any case, you will find people on here to be very caring and supportive, so stay in touch with us to let us know how you are getting along. I'm sure someone who can relate to your kind of cancer will be along soon to respond.

    Take care.

  • Thanks Lorraine yes I have 3 daughters and friends  I can talk to but I don't want to worrie them to much I think once I know what's what I should feel a little better its the waiting and not knowing that's the       Wworse thing

  • Hi Trout, this is a hard time for you when there are still so many answers that you don't have as yet. When things become clearer, and you have some idea of what the treatment program will be, it will make a big difference for you. Right now, you likely have a million questions, but no answers until more diagnostic testing is completed. Once your medical team has the information they need to make a plan for your treatment and they inform you as to what needs to be done, you will at least have an idea of what to expect.

Take care and keep us up to date with how things are progressing for you.
