My mum has throat cancer and is soon to start radiotherapy.  Last week she had a radiation mask made, and since then she seems to have had an allergic reaction of some kind- one of her eyes and patches around her hairline have gone slightly red.  I was just wondering if this is normal, has anyone else had this happen? I have told her to tell the doctor next time she sees them, but thought i would enquire with others who have has the treatment.  any advice would be appreciated.
