A very warm welcome to Cancer Chat Niaik although I'm really sorry to hear you've just been diagnosed with lung cancer.

It's completely understandable, and natural, to not know what to do or how to feel at the moment. As you already know, coping with a cancer diagnosis is very tough, even more so when you thought you had just reached the end, so finding out that you now have to go through this all again must have been so, so, difficult but I hope with the support of your family and friends you have now found a way to process the news you have been given.
