I was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer on june10 2026, I'm a fairly fit 89y0 walk one mile 4 times a week was a keen dancer, I've met my local team and seen a medical oncologist I've had a barium Xray which missed the cancer and gave me a false hope, I finally had a private endoscopy which revealed an advanced junction cancer, a CT scan revealed 2 metastases one in liver and one in spleen. I have heart failure, no treatment has been recommended other than stent fitting are there others in this situation is there anything else I can  do?
