Hi, I’ve just joined this group so not sure if I’m the right place, 

Won’t go into all tweak ground now, but after colonoscopy a month ago was told there and then I had cancer, they did take some for biopsy, was shocked to be told straight away…..After scans etc. I’m waiting for what the team see everything and decide what treatment.

is 4 weeks waiting usual . What’s messing with my head is that my MacMillan nurse had asked if I wanted to know results of the test as soon as she had them or wait until there next consultants team meeting. When I contacted her she wouldn’t tell me anything. I can’t stop thinking that’s because the results are really bad…,can’t get it out of my head it’s spread everywhere, can’t sleep, feeling sick, I’ve tried to be positive but after talking to her she was so different I just can’t stop and I’m now so frightened of what I’m going to be told on Thursday ..another five days. Don’t know why I’m writing this but just don’t know what todo
