Endometrial carcinoma

Well I had my hysterectomy 3 weeks ago and had my histology report through my gp today.  Had a full everything out keyhole.

Been told today stage 1a nothing in the muscle wall or lymph  nodes.    Got hospital appointment  next Tuesday to discuss further.  Had one abnormal bleed all out in 5 weeks.. fantastic service but didn't expect to hear this today.   It's just waiting to hear whether I need any treatment  or not .  And then you like changes in  5 seconds ..

    It sounds like you've been through a lot in a short space of time, which must be a lot to process especially with some uncertainty following your results.

    I hope you're getting on OK with your recovery following the procedure.

    It's good to hear you haven't got long to wait before the appointment. It might be helpful to write down any questions or concerns you have ahead of that, so you can discuss everything you want to.
