Rare form of sarcona

I have been diagnosed as aggressive carcinomasarcoma the main source was I understand the uterus (although had various fibroids, increasing from 5 x 6 cm to 9 x 8 cm)After urgent hospital visit in Jan (hemorrhageing) seen as a 14 week uterus then to a 20 week uterus in within 2-3 months. I have a secondary tumour in my vagina which they say couldn't operate on during my open adominal hysterectomy, including  overy, 3 x lymph nodes (also cancerous) cervix. I still have this in my Perionium which i have started Chemo 2 weeks ago. Hoping this will hit the cancer there and in the 2 inch tumour in my vagina. Im concerned that the cancer will be growing in my vagina as it takes a while for the chemo to work and while it is doing that will spread to other areas in close proximity ie bladder etc. Im not sure Im actually asking any particular question, just venting my concerns and scared.
