I'm sorry to hear that you've recently been diagnosed with metastatic melanoma. It's understandable that you have some questions about what this might mean for you, but equally, you're feeling scared about the answers that you might be given. 

I can see that you've already been able to connect with another community member who is in a similar positive, Jamie92, and hopefully you might be able to connect with christina25. who also commented on that thread. 

I'm going to tag in AngieT to my reply to you at this point. Angie is a stage 3 melanoma patient who has been living with this diagnosis for many years, but she is an extraordinary fountain of knowledge when it comes to all things melanoma-related, and I'm sure she will be able to share some information and support with you. 

In terms of the information you've been reading online, I wonder if you might find it helpful to chat with one of our team of nurses. I know they will be happy to listen and try to help with some information and understanding. If you'd like to talk with them, they're available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on 0808 800 4040.
