Welcome to the forums. One thing I found helpful was keeping a feelings diary. I wrote in it each week describing my feelings. I also took up sewing and puzzles as well. I also recommend finding out more about what to expect each week. Make sure to get contact details and so on. Read free cancer information booklets.
