My ex husband has been diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer. It's really awful but he's being so brave

Only last week everything was really good for him just moved was going to retire in September  .Then had a scan its in throat and spread got 6 to 9 months to live or with chemo may be more time .We are all shocked I have 3 girls to him its heart breaking  .He's not really talking much its really awful  he's being brave .

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. I'm so sorry to hear about the situation with your ex husband. This sounds like an awful lot to process and I hope you are getting on as OK as can be.

    It must be very hard for you and your family. Try to take things a day at a time and keep speaking to each other where you can.

    We have some information on our website about supporting someone with cancer and also taking care of yourself, which may be helpful.
