I feel for you and I can honestly say I wish mine was caught earlier. I am Gleason 9 and at stage 4. Spread to my lymph nodes my bones and bladder. I find it difficult to accept as I have gone from being me to a different person in 6 months. I started my treatment August 2025 and it will continue for life. I hope you conquer this my friend all I can say is have a positive mindset and don't let iit take over your life you are the same person you were before the diagnosis so fight and be stubborn.
