Welcome to Cancer Chat Piglet although I'm sorry to hear you've been diagnosed with metastatic melanoma.

Finding out you have cancer can bring about so many thoughts and emotions but I hope this information we have about how cancer can make you feel will show you that what you're experiencing at the moment is completely normal, and that it's o.k to feel this way.

Their helpline is open Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m and they will do all they can to support you and address any other questions or concerns you might have about your diagnosis at this time. 

Hopefully once you've had a chat with your medical team and know what's going to happen next you will feel a bit more in control, but in the meantime be kind to yourself Piglet and give yourself the time and space you need to process the news you've been given.
