We're always here for support on the forum whenever you need it and I hope it can be useful for you, even if it's just to write things down and reach out to others.

Hi. I have just been diagnosed with CLL but have no symptoms as yet. Yes it’s a shock and I have worried moments but feel in control the more I learn. I am trying out weekly 24 hour fasts and reducing carbohydrates to see if this helps reduce the lymphocytes. Also trying to eat all the right things to reduce inflammation. I exercise every day - T’ai chi, strength training and walking my dogs. When I have a panic moment I tell myself I will endure. Stress is counterproductive (but hard to subdue) so read (reputable sites), learn and share. I also find that controlled breathing is very helpful James Nestor and YOGABODY offer so good tips. Best of luck.
