Just been diagnosed over a week ago with a small lesion in breast.  Dr's are very positive of outcome and treatment .  Is it normal to feel overwhelmed, weepy, and feel your dreaming !  I am still waiting for my gallbladder to be removed and this has been playing up big time since my diagnosis of breast cancer.  Im so worried.
