 Although its hard to see at the moment there are positives to be found in your news. Your cancer has been detected now and not further into the distancelimiting progression. You willf ind events will speed up now even if it does not feel so at the time as each passing hour hangs heavy around your neck.

That you feel out of control is totally understandable,so all the more reason to acknowledge what you can control as early as you can on the journey that lies in front. You cannot affect your upcoming treatment, but you can effect how well that treatment works by doing your best to present your medical team with the strongest body and especially mind you can.

Cancer is your enemy, your stress your adversary and cancers partner in crime.
