Newly diagnosed with CUP

Hi this is my first post about my husband. 5 weeks ago he was diagnosed with CUP he has a malignant mass under his arm that has spread to both lungs and liver. He went to his gp a year ago about a pain under his arm and was sent to a physiotherapist and said he had tendinitis. It was cancer which they should have noticed. We're told they don't know which was the primary  he's 65 just retired to have an easy life after working hard for 50 years with barely a day off.  He has started treatment. It’s a terrifying journey. I feel devastated and scared for our future.
