Welcome to the forum Lorr63 although I'm sorry to hear your husband has just been diagnosed with cancer. This must be a very difficult time.
If you haven't done so already, let your husband's GP or medical team know about the pain he's in as they will be in the best position to provide him with the most effective pain relief and make his pain more manageable.
In regards to CBD oil, it is sold in the UK as a food supplement but not as a medicine. Although it has been used by people who feel that it helps with pain relief, there is no evidence to support its use as a medicine.
There can be side effects from taking CBD oil, and may interact with other medications too, so if your husband decides to use CBD oil it's important to let his medical team and GP know about this.
