Sabr therapy for lung cancer coupled with low lung function

I'm just wondering if anyone is in a similar position? Finished SABR therapy today but worried about the future given that I have COPD and low lung function.

I've been inundated with multiple websites help but can't seem to actually talk with anyone, especially after 5pm. Night times are really hard for me so apologies for late post.

I'm hoping someone will talk to me soon. Sometimes it's better just talking with a stranger if that makes sense.
