I am so so sorry to hear the results of the liver biopsies have confirmed it is cancer. Looking at the other thread you posted a few days ago, you were waiting to find out if you had bile duct cancer so if this diagnosis has indeed been confirmed, I wanted to share with you our information on bile duct cancer which is also called cholangiocarcinoma. This is a time for you when the shock is immense especially as you were given the news on the phone and that can be a little unsettling in itself and even though the nurse has given you the results, you don't have all the details yet so I can imagine a lot of questions are still left unanswered. It might be worth getting in touch with our cancer nurses and talking things through with them or asking them questions you might have after your diagnosis.
