Hi , not been a great day, went for my routine CT scan last week and got called in today for an appointment to see Oncologist, so I knew something was wrong. 

Had Lung cancer back in 2022 but had  the tumour removed successfully via VATS,  Although ended up in a coma for 5 weeks due to complications with sepsis and pneumonia.

However sadly its back and has metastasized into my other lung, but luckily not anywhere else, so I believe this is what they class as stage 4A, Although they did not actually say that.  Will have to clarify that when i see them again.

Start Chemo next week as that seems to be the only option available.

Head is All over the place as it is only 5 months since I lost the Wife, I dont know how to tell the Children and Grandchildren, they havent really gotten over their grieve of losing her yet.  that said neither have I.  

To be Honest, Really wish She was here right now to talk with,  or even just to have a cuddle and a cry with.
