Spindle cell cancer in the lung

Hi just been diagnosed with lung cancer apparently its a very rare cancer called spindle cell. I've recently had mri scan as they also found traces in my lower spine and adrenal gland. I have an appointment in November with lung practice. Anyone in the same situation.

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. I hope you are getting on as OK as can be - it sounds like you are waiting to hear more and I'm sure this uncertainty may be difficult. I hope you're able to get all the information you need as soon as possible.

    Hi there,  just been diagnosed with nsc cancer in both lungs, luckily it hasnt spread anywhere else yet and they have caught it before it does.  However it is my second time around, had c tumour removed from one lung back in 2022.   Hope all goes well for you,  keep int ouch of you like.
