I am so sorry to hear you have recently  been diagnosed with locally advanced pancreatic cancer and I wanted to wish you the best of luck for your oncology appointment tomorrow. I hope it all goes well - it's a good idea to write down any questions you may want to ask the specialist on the day as sometimes it's easy to forget what we meant to ask. I hope that you will find out more tomorrow about the treatment options that are available to you.
