Thanks for coming here and sharing your story though I am sorry to hear you have had a prostate cancer recurrence. It is impressive that after one month on Orgovyx your PSA has reduced from 3 down to 0.8. 

I hope that you will hear from the experiences of others on here who have had a similar diagnosis with further radiotherapy or long term hormone therapy and had positive results. I noticed that another member posted on here about a year ago - Cancer Chat member Seabreeze posted a thread about her husband's recurring prostate cancer, and mentioned at the time that his PSA had also come down significantly. I am not sure how things have progressed since then but don't hesitate to drop her a line and share your story; it can be helpful to talk to someone else who was in a similar situation a year ago and I hope that you will hear from others on here who have been on long term hormone therapy and it had a positive outcome.
