Sigmoid Colon Cancer - will find out my prognosis in the next 2 weeks

Hello to all.

I have just been diagnosed, I am male and 50 years old. I had a very lonely Colonoscopy experience. The staff conducting it could obviously see I had a big problem, but they just went very quiet. It was a very lonely 45 mins or so. 

I will find out more in the next 2 weeks about the prognosis.

    Hopefully some of our members who have received the same diagnosis will offer their support and advice to you soon but if you have any other questions or concerns you would like to discuss with one of our cancer nurses, they're available on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m. They're very insightful and will do all they can to help.
