Your consultant will make you aware of the possible next steps and outcomes at every stage and don't afraid to ask questions if you're unsure or have any concerns. It's important that you leave your appointments feeling informed and like you've understood what was discussed. In future, it might help to bring a notepad with you and write things down that way you'll also have something to refer to at home if you ever need to look back on what was discussed.
