Hi, that was good going in under 2 hours! Count down can begin one less than this time yesterday. Sometimes it’s the emotional exhaustion as well as the physical … take it easy and listen to your body. Xx

Hi, I cold capped and although my hair became thinner, I didn’t lose it all! Also, it’s surprising how quickly the hair loss angst falls down the list of priorities once your treatment starts! Good luck with your treatment - my chemo lasted from February to July and I was only sick twice, every person’s experience is different, try to keep positive, it really helped me xxxx
