I'm sorry to hear that you've not long finished treatment for bowel cancer and now you find yourself undergoing treatment for throat cancer. Undoubtedly, it sounds like this has been a difficult time.
I know from the many, many posts that I've read here on the forum over the last decade how gruelling treatment for throat cancer can be and it's natural that you're feeling worn down by all that you've been through. You might find it helpful to have a look at some of the posts on this thread and perhaps post a reply there to try and speak with others who have been through this treatment. I'd really encourage you to talk with your specialist cancer nurse as well as the dietitian for advice that will hopefully helpully manage your food intake whilst you're going through treatment.
