Welcome to the forum Ph56, although I'm really sorry to hear you've just been diagnosed with throat cancer.
It's completely normal, and understandable, to be feeling scared at the moment but I'm glad you've reached out to us as so many of our members will know what you're going through at the moment, so you are not alone, and hopefully it won't be long until you receive some support and advice.
