If you receive a diagnosis and treatment, there will usually be a clinical nurse specialist (CNS) involved - your key worker, who would be the main point of contact at the hospital.

I'm not too sure what your situation is, but hopefully once you have got those appointments through, you'll be able to find out more about this and also about what to potentially expect.
