Newly Diagnosed with met adenocarcinoma. Still waiting to find out about the primary cancer

I’ve recently been told I have cancer after having a skin biopsy off my left arm . After numerous scans and tests the doctors haven’t yet diagnosed the primary cancer. The biopsy on my arm has now been confirmed as met adenocarcinoma . At the moment I don’t feel ill or have any symptoms, I’m now just waiting for any update from my doctor as to we’re we go from here.
