I was told as my cancer  was on the left they can save the nerves on the right and possibly  some on left I won't find out for anther 4 weeks how it's gone . Yes it would be nice if urology consultant  just said this is what your having but unfortunately  in the world we live in and because  there is so many complications  with different  treatments  people would sue them sadly . I think what's helped me the most is chatting to people  you realise  we're  not the only ones going through  this it's unfortunately  common . It's a massive  decision  to make on what treatment  to have you can ask lots of people  there  all give different  reasons on which treatment  to have done  I wish you best off luck feel free to ask anymore questions   always here as someone  who's going through this to help if I can
