I was diagnosed in December and told I have a cancerous nodule on my liver and I await to see if it has spread to my pancreas.  I also have cirrosis of the liver, I was told that heat ablation would be the way forward but that it could be very painful after the treatment with a possible fever and sickness.  I live alone and wondered if anyone has had this treatment and what their experience was.  I am due back next Monday for result of whether it has spread further.
