Saw my GP about a year ago with crusty skin spot at base of throat. Diagnosed and referred to hospital. Appt end of March 25.. Of late itchy and additional crusty area... is it safe to wait until hospital appointment

I'm sorry to hear you've been diagnosed with non melanoma skin cancer and that you've noticed some new symptoms.
If you're worried, the best thing to do would be to contact your GP as they will be in the best position to advise and hopefully put your mind at ease whilst you wait to be seen at the hospital.
