Im waiting to start preventative chemotherapy,it will be drip and tablets I am terrified any help please.
Hello ellynelly. I vividly remember the first day of my chemo, and I was so frightened, But it really wasn't anything to be afraid of. It is fear of the unknown. Once that first session is over with, you will find it much easier. In the run-up to the chemo, I kept myself as busy as possible, listening to music, reading, talking with family. Good luck, xx
It’s scary but blue girl is right. It’s the fear of the unknown. It’s not as bad as you think it will be , be strong
