Today - MRI done, now waiting for results. Was told during colposcopy I had a large tumour in neck of womb

So today I went for my MRI scan and now awaiting results. I thought I would post my journey so far and maybe people can relate or it’ll help others in some way. I haven’t been fully diagnosed yet and still waiting on what stage of cancer I have.

in October I suffered with a bad back this was like no pain I have experienced before also I had terrible heavy bleeding for weeks. My GP gave me antibiotics for a urine infection. He referred me to physiotherapy. He sent me for blood tests and they came back with extremely low iron. He told me this was the reason for all my problems and sent me away with tablets and told me to come back in 3 months.

a routine smear 2 weeks ago came back as high grade  dyskaryosis And positive HPV.

new years eve I went for colposcopy and during the biopsy I bled a lot the consultant prepared me for surgery but after 10 more minutes of trying he controlled the bleeding. He told me then I had a large cancerous tumour in the neck of my womb.

im hoping all the results will be back and I will have a treatment plan this week.
