SABR radiotherapy treatment lung cancer

Hi 

I have recently had Sabr radiotherapy for stage 2 lung cancer..side effects after final treatment are really getting challenging..nausea pain fatigue soreness where treatment was to destroy the cancer..I have read it can take 6 months to destroy the cancer and feel better...has anyone going through the same side effects and had to wait to see if cancer cells have gone

    I am sorry to hear you are finding the side effects of SABR radiotherapy challenging and I would suggest if you haven't done so already that you bring these up with your medical team and that you tell them exactly how these issues have been affecting you.
