Hi Rach-H, I'm so sorry to hear about your diagnosis of triple negative breast cancer. I was diagnosed in January with triple positive breast cancer, so our treatment would be different, but thought I would post to bump your post back to top of page 1. Hopefully someone going through triple negative, will share their story with you. I too was very stressed when having tests and waiting for results, you'll probably feel better once you have a treatment plan. I also kept feeling twinges and pains and thought it had spread, I think the mind goes into overdrive. I decided I couldn't go for months feeling that amount of stress, so made some changes that really helped. I started walking with hubby 2 1/2 miles everyday, even through chemo. I cut alcohol and eat as healthily as possible. These changes really helped my mindset and I felt really positive going through treatment.
